Cancellations
We offer a full refund for any cancellations prior to 72 hours before the first day of the rental. We offer a 50% refund for any cancellations between 48-72 hours before the first day of the rental. We apologize but there are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the first day of the rental. This applies to all named storm events.
