  Maximum number of people is 12 (We allow up to 10)

Check-in details

• Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled check in time. Must bring Valid ID. Must bring Boat safety certificate if you were born after January 1 1988.

Health & Safety

• All boats have a Garmin color plotting GPS with depth finder and VHF radios and are equipped with all USCG safety gear; including flares, fire extinguishers and life vests to the maximum capacity of the boat as well as a cleaning brush, cushions for all seats, a cooler, three dock lines per boat, anchor, chain and 200′ of anchor, platform and ladderNOTE: Due to insurance regulations, NO TOWING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED WITH OUR BOATS, this includes, but not limited to tubes, wake boards, water skiing etc.

Cancellations

• CANCELLATION POLICY:  Due to the nature of our rental business you may change/cancel up to two weeks prior to the start of the rental; however there will be a 5% charge of the total rental to cover our costs of booking / refunding you, after that we will refund if we can rebook the boat – if we are not able to rebook the boat, you are responsible for the full term of the rental as stated above.
